2. About Our Services
The Spot Barbershop provides professional barbershop and hair care services at three locations in Southern California — Whittier, Norwalk, and La Mirada. Appointments are currently handled by phone, and walk-ins are welcome at each location.
3. Appointments
Appointment bookings are subject to barber availability. We will make reasonable efforts to confirm your requested time with your preferred barber. Please note:
- Arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time
- Late arrivals may be rescheduled at our discretion
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking limitations
- Appointments are subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances; we will attempt to notify you by text
4. Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome at each location. Wait times are estimates only and depend on the number of customers, services being performed, and staff availability. We reserve the right to stop accepting new walk-ins when we are operating at full capacity.
6. Phone Number and Communications

7. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking by phone or visiting one of our locations. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failed appointments resulting from inaccurate information you provide.
